Program for highlight text

I looking for freeware program to Windows Vista32 for highlight text in
webpages, documents, etc. Like hilitext, http://www.fanix.com/hilitext.html

This program works for web pages (only), as an add-on for IE :

Almost what i looking for.....but i like to use many different
keywords. That program only allow me to find one word or phrase i think
