"Last Accessed" vs "Last Checked"

What is the difference between the "Last Accessed" and "Last Checked" columns
in the detail view in Windows Explorer?

I don't have a "Last checked" column available in Windows Explorer. Perhaps
it is a property that was added by your AV software.
