How do I copy in the explorer the name of ten or more jpg or bmp files at a
time and paste to xls sheet?

Post this in an Excel newsgroup. While it's possible that someone
reading this will know the answer (and I don't since I don't use Excel),
you have a far better chance of getting an answer from one of the Excel
experts in an Excel newsgroup.
