File back up re-backs up unchanged files

When I make a back up of my files using the back up and restore center, the
system backs up the same files every time regardless of whether they were
modified since the last backup or not. I think it should only back up
changed or new files since the last back up. How do I fix this?

RE: File back up re-backs up unchanged files

I've got the very same problem. It is quite annoying, because most of the
un-changed files are quite large files in my Documents or Pictures folders,
resulting in massive weekly backups. I use most of them quite frequently, so
(re)moving them isnt' really an option...

Hope someone can help...

Best regards,
Stijn
