Vista - Can't paste

it happens in this order:
1. Cut
2. Paste -- won't work
3. Paste again -- work

anybody knows what's going on

Hi li peng,

My guess is that perhaps you did not have the window that you wanted to Paste an item in active until you clicked Paste the first time. Try clicking on the window to activate (title bar will be darker) it first then try to Paste the item.

Hello:I am having the same problem with windows vista.I simply cannot cut and
paste.I am trying to do a myspace page and no matter what I do I simply
cannot get the cut and paste feature to work.No matter what you do it will
not take.What wa ssuggested here did not work so if any one else has a
suggestion please feel free this is frustrating
