| | XP not saving File Properties Summary for jpeg files I'm using XP 03 on our corporate network and am unable to save summary data such as title, subject, author for jpeg files saved on our public drives. Summary data saves on files saved on my computer's hard drive and on .doc and ..xls files on the public drive but for some reason (which I'm hoping someone can help with) the information is not retained for jpg files. Any suggestions? |
