| | Re: deleting a blocked file in the startup Something to try, Write the name of the file down, then do the following: Click the start button and on the Start Search line, type: SERVICES.MSC and hit enter, Scroll down to find the file name and double click it, In the next window select disable. Go to that location, and delete it. After that choose Software Explorer and there you will see all your programs that have permisions to run and don't run ![]() |
