allowing a blocked file in startup

I have Windows Vista Ultimate. I also have a Mirra Personal Server that has
failed to connect ever since upgrading to Vista from XP Pro. Windows
Defender keeps blocking Mirra but I also cannot unblock it. How can I get it
allowed to start? I tried turning off the firewall but it still cannot
connect. How can I get Mirra running again?

Hi Ace,

See if one of these methods will help with your problem on unblocking the startup program.
