Vista - Search stopped working?

As of a few days ago, I get the following Event Viewer (Id. 3100) message
every few minutes:

Source: Search, Task: Gatherer
Unable to initialize the filter host process. Terminating.
Details:
This operation returned because the timeout period expired. (0x800705b4)

Anyone knows what is happening?

Samething happend to mine too. (Vista Ultimate (peace of crap))
Outlook 2007 doesn't search anymore and I get the same error in my
application logs. I cant seem to find the answer or resolve the
issue. grrrrr!
