| | Missing Folder In Vista - I started moving some files from "Pictures' to 'shared fiels' and realized I did not want to do this. So, I hit the cancel button. Now the fiels are not loinger in the pictures folder and they are not in the shared files folder, or the recycle bin. I can search for them and find them, but when I try to find hte location or oipen a file it says that it cannot be opened. |

| | Re: Missing Folder Tony When you find the files with a search, can you right click the file and select Properties? Does it show the location of the file? Whe you search for the files, you may simply be seeing the names of the files that are still stored in the search index. -- Ronnie Vernon Microsoft MVP Windows Shell/User "Tony" <Tony@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:29B3BE35-0C86-4C2B-AA41-2D727D83429A@microsoft.com... > In Vista - I started moving some files from "Pictures' to 'shared fiels' > and > realized I did not want to do this.
