"No results"

I forgot to mention in my first post:
1. including subfolders
2. German Windows (if this makes any differences)

Re: How to find folders by date?

Hello,

where do you search for them? Directly in the start menu, or do you click
Start -> Search and then copy the search string above into the right upper
search box?
Try the latter, and click the arrow beside Advanced Search, and check
"Include non-indexed, hidden, and system files...".

If you search inside a folder, copy the search string into the search box.
In the panel, click on Search Tools, and click Search pane, so that it is
visible. Click the arrow beside Advanced Search and check "Include...". Have
you built up your search index? Click onto Search Tools -> Modify index
locations and see how many items are indexed, and which locations are
included.

Hope this helps.
Greetings,

Win+E (start Windows file-explorer), open folder, enter query into
upper-right searchbox.

The desired folders are indexed, not hidden or systemfolders.
