Re: Windows Mail

go to Start - Default Programs - Set your program defaults

click on Thunderbird, and make sure it has all of the defaults.

Hmmm, the trouble is, Thunderbird isn't listed in Default Progs, only
Windows Mail.

I have authorised Thunderbird as default mail client but '0send mail to'
always brings up Windows Mail

Re: Windows Mail

Well, Thunderbird should be listed. On mine, it's listed twice, as mail and
news.
You might try reinstalling it.

Uninstall Thunderbird and reinstall it. FYI, I installed Mozilla Thunderbird (current version - v2.0.0.6) and it's listed correctly in the "Default Programs" applet.
