Folder Paths in Windows Explorer Search Results

What is the distinction between the following two formats which appear in the
Folder column in Windows Explorer Search Results? (In this example, I
searched for files in folder 'Saved'.)

Saved (C:\Users\MarkBot\AppData\MyApp\MM)
C:\Users\MarkBot\AppData\MyApp\MM\Saved
