Displaying file SIZE on detailed search results

Hi,

I am missing the "size" (file size) column on all my search results (detail
view). However, I get two columns I don't need ('Auteur' and 'Mots-clés' in
French).

I already know there are different folder models that you can choose from
when you display the content of a folder (customize tab of a folder's
properties). The one you choose make the right colums appear in detail view.
For all my folders on the D: drive, I selected "Documents".

I can choose the columns once the search has already starting to display,
but it starts the search over again and I have to redoit every time.

Thanks

Re: Displaying file SIZE on detailed search results

Once the search has started, right click on the the top of any of the
columns where the 'Name' & 'Auteur' headings are. You will then be able
to select which columns you want. All the columns you select should
remain for all later searches.

Don't know about the French language problem though.

Re: Displaying file SIZE on detailed search results (SOLVED)

I finally found a permanent solution myself. Last answer didn't work for me,
for every new search I had to select the columns again.

Solution :
1) Once you have done a search, choose the columns you want by
right-clicking on the table header
2) Go in the "Tools" menu, choose "File Options" and then click on the
display tab, then click on the first button on the left "Apply to folders"
(or something like that - my system is in French).
