| | CD Problem I am trying to learn why in Vista I can't see the data contents on a CD that I know has data files on it when I look at the CD on an XP computer using windows explorer. With the Vista computer, all I get is a pop up that ask me how I want to burn a cd when I insert the data cd. Thanks in advance. |

| | Re: CD Problem I had that one when I first got VISTA, and it frustrated me to no end - solution: Control Panel (classic view) > AutoPlay (chek box "use autoplay...") go through the list then "SAVE" It seems Vista does not know what to do or make of your disk except to "burn" something.....Not like XP where it knew it was there. It's the dumb "live file system".
