My grandaughter has been tring for months to join certain little girl siteall
of them state I need to download latest version of what ever (Flash play 9,
Mac) I download it says it is downloaded but still nothing can anyone help?

Are you on a Macintosh or a Windows Vista computer? If you're in Windows
then Flash player for Macintosh is not going to work on your computer.

Whichever computer you are on, go to http://www.adobe.com (They make Flash),
there's a button on the left about half way down the page that says "Get
Flash" or something. Click on that and follow the prompts. Once finished you
should see a flash animation on the webpage. If you do then try your
grandaughters website and see if it works.

If not respond here with your system information, which web browser program
you are trying to use, etc.
