Hi. cant seem to get this game running avery time i try to start it it crash
in loading!
and this is what i found out so far :

You might want to try applying the latest patch if it isn't already
installed you can find details for that here

say it is probably due to a 3rd party application interfering, you might
want to try shutting down any other applications, or even trying it on a
different user account.

Make sure you go to the Problems and Solutions Center in the Control Panel
and send of the error reports, in some cases that can reveal a solution.
