Halo2 Crashes

Whenever I try logging into Live to download my (live gold account) my pc
crashes after it tells me to wait while my profile downloads. I can play the
game using a generic profile but not logged into live. Offline only and when
I go to Quit at the end of playing the game it crashes again and then I have
to start the level over again. Please help Paying for a gold membership for
nothing.

You should call Microsoft Account Services, go to xbox.com and look up their
support phone number, Have them credit the time you couldn't get online,
they'll usually do it no questions asked.

Thanks I will, I got the problem fixed by uninstalling both network
controllers and reinstalling them.
