Games and Quad Core Problem

Hi

I have a quad core prossor and running Vista Home Premium 32bit. My problem
is when I play games like stalker shadow of chernobyl or suprem commander my
games seem to crash. I meet all the requerments for them and should be able
to run them. Also I put stalker in a smaller screen so I could see the task
manager and when I go to performance the first core is running at 100% and
the other three are at 10 - 20%. If there is any way to have my other cores
wrok as well that would be great.

Re: Games and Quad Core Problem

I have Quadcore too and normally supreme commander is quad core optimized so
it should use all 4 cores but idk if stalker is optimized 4 quadcore.
Try to patch games.

Re: Games and Quad Core Problem

First, make sure you have the latest video card drivers, they make a big
difference. Also, the games may not be optimized for multicore
processors and will not utilize them properly.
