games crashing

I have an alienware area 51 m9750 laptop with dual sli 7950 gtx graphics
cards but only one is enabled at the moment because of drivers not being
available. At the moment when i try to play either Ghost recon2 or the demo
of Crysis the game occassionally crashes. I have turned detailing down on
crysis and it will play for a bit longer before crashing again. Any help?

RE: games crashing

hello.... try this, bring up the RUN tool (start menu type run)--then type
MSCONFIG-- at the bottom select HIDE MICRODOFT DRIVERS-- then hit the DISABLE
DRIVERS BUTTON--then go to the STARTUP TAB and DISABLE DRIVERS AGAIN.. your
games should work then. Added note,, you will need to reboot after changing
these settings and when you want your system back to normal just do the same
except ENABLE DRIVERS OR SELECT NORMAL SETUP FROM THE MENU hope this has
helped
