| | games crashing I have an alienware area 51 m9750 laptop with dual sli 7950 gtx graphics cards but only one is enabled at the moment because of drivers not being available. At the moment when i try to play either Ghost recon2 or the demo of Crysis the game occassionally crashes. I have turned detailing down on crysis and it will play for a bit longer before crashing again. Any help? -- cho |

| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Re: games crashing I just acquired the identical laptop and i'm having the same issue. Did you every manage to get to the root cause of the problem? thanks |

| | RE: games crashing hello.... try this, bring up the RUN tool (start menu type run)--then type MSCONFIG-- at the bottom select HIDE MICRODOFT DRIVERS-- then hit the DISABLE DRIVERS BUTTON--then go to the STARTUP TAB and DISABLE DRIVERS AGAIN.. your games should work then.
