Vista - Final Fantasy 11

Whats going on with this game?, i bought it for my computer, it came out
like 4 months after! vista and the damn thing dont work with vista yet,
anyone got any ideas on how to get this thing working?

OK, couple of things on this one...

It does work. (Got it running on mine currently...)

The main problem is the POL viewer. But, luckily, there's a fix for that as
well.

That gives you links to a "special" version of the PlayOnline Viewer that
you have to install... (And it's important to read the instructions on how
to install. It took me three tries before I figured out what I was doing
wrong...)

Here's a brief version.

1.) Download the special POL installer.
2.) Install that downloaded POL file.
3.) Install FFXI. (This is the tricky one that I missed... Bascially,
you'll start with the FFXI installation, NOT the Playonline installation. I
kept trying to install the "old" version of the POL software on top of the
one that I had downloaded.

If this doesn't help, let me know.
