Update all drivers, update Call of Duty with the latest patch from the game
developer (try www.ubisoft.com I think). If the game still does not work,
respond here, include your system specs so we know what kind of computer
you're attempting to run this game on.

VISTA ULTIMATE X64

Re: call of duty

Agreed. Get the latest patches available from: Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 2 Downloads - FileFront.com ...(covers all cod versions cod, cod uo, and cod2) and go to the patches section on the left. (the publisher is Activision by the way).... make sure you have enabled comapatibility by going to the .exe's icon properties and checking the run as xp dropdown and also (important) run as administrator. TIP: if you intend to play MP with this, go to punkbuster and get the latest punkbuster setup file, because there seems to be a problem with punkbuster anti cheat updating under vista x64, so you'll have to do it manually every so often otherwise, you'll get kicked from servers. hope this helps.
