Vista - system crash with blue screen

Help!!!

We just got my son a new computer which has windows vista installed. Our
previous computer had windows XP. Our problem is my son plays World of
Warcraft and now it will not work on the new computer. It starts to download
the patch and then 30 per cent into it the system crashes. Can anyone let me
know how we can fix this. Thanks very much

Try right-clicking on the WoW updater/Downloader program and choose "Run as
Admin", see if that helps.

If you have both computers connected together, update WoW on your Windows XP
system, then copy the WoW folder over the Wow folder on your Vista box. Run
WoW on your Vista box and it should work.

If not, respond with your system make and model and specs for further
assistance.
