Vista - game installation

i just bought a new laptop (toshibaa -satellite) and when i try to install
games on it, it gets to the final disk in the installation process and then
i keep
getting an alert...actually its ERROR 1935 comes up, and when i click ok it,
it
rolls back the process. do you know what ERROR 1935 is and how do i fix it.

Which game?
Which model of Toshiba? (Usually something like A215-S4767, or U305-A3294)
