denied access of zylom website

cannot access www.zylom.com from my mothers computer. Windows Vista IE7.
Receive error response.."Internet Explorer cannot display the Webpage" and
when I click on Diagnose the problem it comes back with the answer that no
problem can be found. I can access the webpage from other computers, of
course Windows 98. I assume the problem lies with the Internet Options but
am unsure what. Any suggestions out here? Microsoft has been of no help.

Could you be more specific. It souned like a "403 Forbidden" error in the
title. Here is a possible solution.
Use command prompt
If your mothers computer is using vista you will have to run it as
administrator. If it prompts you for a administrator password enter it. type
ipconfig /flushdns

XP
open command prompt
type ipconfig /flushdns

Hi Smithsonian, sorry but there is nothing to be more specific about. there
is no error code shown. only the popup stating it cannot display this
webpage.
