| | Re: 64-bit DirectX game? Windows Vista's XP compatability mode works pretty well for most applications, but many games include copy-protection schemes that are quite invasive and system-specific. Starforce is one such technology, and you really have to get an update from Starforce or Ubisoft to get it work on the newer versions of Windows, either x86 or x64.
