HELP it won't read the cd

I just got a new dell with vista. I bought Age of Empires III and I put the
CD in and nothing happened. I went to the cd drive under Computer icon and
clicked on that and its like I have no CD in there at all. Its like its not
even reading the cd at all. I took the game back and got another and the same
thing happened....any suggestions?
