| | Auto Play and Auto Run HELP! How do i get my games to auto play and auto run in win Vista? Any other installation disk will auto run, but not games? I even installed 4 virtual drives from Farstone Pro. It has an auto play and auto run feature in it. But it doesn't work either?? Somebody please help! -- JWF |

It's possible you set Vista to ignore auto-run/play on certain discs or something. There's an icon called AutoPlay in your control panel, check that out. |

| | Re: Auto Play and Auto Run Thanks for trying Andy, but i've already tried that. The only way i can open them is rt clk & explore. I was told the only way to solve the problem is to reinstall win. Since it was Vista HP upgrade, i had to reinstall XP. the funny thing is, that it now doesn't work w/Win XP either? Go figure. I've got a feeling that it may be a driver, but which one? I put this computer together myself. It has an Intel MB, core 2 duo cpu and 2- 320 G harddrives.
