| | Games that work After trolling around here for a few weeks I thought I'd add my 2 cents worth. I have found that Hellgate London and Crysis are both excellent games that run well under Vista. I played the demos before buying the games. |

Don't forget to play Bioshock when you get the chance Bob, IMHO Hellgate and Crysis weren't that great, but you are right, they do run quite well in Vista. It's just the games themselves aren't all that exciting. ![]() |

| | Re: Games that work I had a problem when I copied my saves from my XP box, it copied the system configuration file and Vista did NOT like them at all. I deleted the config files, ran the game again and it worked fine. Oblivion stopped getting support right as Vista came out. It's like a borderline game. ![]() "VRG Scotty" <vrg-scotty@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:%238t6%23ufXIHA.5396@xxxxxx Quote: > > "Roy" <Roy@xxxxxx> wrote in message > news:49F4D436-9A4B-4EE5-8875-942A9C44B57B@xxxxxx Quote: >>I have the same system as Steve, and oblivion won't even load... >> >> >> "VRG Scotty" wrote: > Hmmm strange..seems Vista is so hit and miss with certain older games.
