getting error message...msxml 4.0

getting error message...msxml 4.0

need a bit of help here...i went to play AOE III warchiefs and it started up
fine but then i got this message sayin "msxml 4.0 is not installed correctly.
it is required to play the game." it worked fine earlier today...i dont
have a clue what has happened. I just need to know what all I need to do to
fix this here problem. Thanks....
