Vista - Video flashes in Microsoft games!

When ever I open games like Solitaire, heats, spider solitaire and the rest,
the games will not always respond. I can play the games somewhat put when I
pull down the file menu it will flash like its have video issues and when I
click on a few things in the game like mahjong it won't let me click on some
of the titles, or let me past the cards in hearts. The big issues is that I
can't close the games they lock up and I have to go to the task menu to close
them. My drivers are all updated I have tried every video display thinking
that might be it, if anyone can help I would sure love it! Thank you
I have a nvidia 8800 ultra video card, 4 gigs of ram, a dual 3 ghz pross.
and running windows vista home 64bit
