Vista - Tom Clancy's Rainbow six vegas Registration problem

I Installed this game on my compter and i clicked register later and put
a 7 days notice on it, as soon as i restarted the computer a message
appered asking what program i want to regiser the game with ( there is
about 15 choices). i Had being through every choice there is and nothing
would open it. so i registerd the game on UBI website and everytime i
start up my computer now this message still keeps popping up
please help me its driving me mad
