| Windows Vista Ultimate X64 SPII | Re: Sims 1 and 2 can not work home vista I know for a fact there is a patch for SIMS, as I have installed it on the same system I built for an 11 yr old kid. I have Windows Vista and I can play the Sims 2, along with three of the expansion packs, without error and have been since I bought it. Then again, I bought Sims 2: Deluxe...so maybe it had the patches already included. |

More info will result in a better answer than installing as admin. Sims 1 complete and Sims 2 (any) should install normally in Vista. FYI, so does Sims 3, but i'm not allowed to talk about that yet. :P -- -A. |
