sega rally compatibiliy with windows vista

I recently bought and tried to install Sega Rally on my computer running
Windows Vista. I got an error saying the game wasn't compatible.
Any advise? Thanks.

right click the setup.exe and run as administrator, we have tested this game
fully and didn't have a problem at all the it on Vista.
