| | No games pack in vista home premium I've just recently installed windows vista home premium, and the usual games (solitaire, spider solitaire, minesweeper etc) are nowhere to be found. I've gone into programs and features and clicked on turn windows features on or off, but games are not in there either. Anyone know how I can get these? |

It is strange that they aren't there though Corey, Vista Business doesn't have them and has to be installed the way you have done, how ever home premium does have them as default. -- VRG Scotty www.vistareadygames.com Register, it's free, and use the 'search for solution' tab for any problems |

Corey.....With the Premium Edition, the games should already be there (in Start Menu/Games). There should also be a way of adding/removing them in the 'turn windows features on or off' area. Checking on Google, a few others have reported the same problem about them being totally missing. Unfortunately, nobody appears to have come up with a solution. You said that 'you' installed Vista. Was this a full clean install or an upgrade from XP? If it was an upgrade, I'm just wondering if something has clashed during the transfer. Lee. |

If they exist, you'll find them in 'Program Files/Microsoft Games'. |

| | Re: No games pack in vista home premium Was a full install actually, I have no idea why I didnt use the upgrade??!! Took me all bloody day to reinstall all of my programs that were previously running with XP. I've tried almost every possible solution I can find on the web, but I still cant get hold of those games. | | Re: No games pack in vista home premium That is very odd Corey. I have Windows Vista Home Premium on my Laptop and it came with all of those games plus some. Maybe it has something to do with purchasing the OS individually and installing in lieu of purchasing a Computer with the OS pre installed.
