Vista - my age of empires III problem

i have recently instaleld age of empires 3 and i played it once and it was
fine, i have vista 32-bit by the way, i then finished and closed the game,
then the computer, in the same day i opned up my computer again and i put the
CD in and clicked play, it said you do not have permision to run the game,
check parental control settings, I have tried EVERYTHING that i know and even
somethings posted in here and it doesnt work, SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP MEEE

Right click the program, and select "Run as Administrator" and see if that
works for you.
