FSX adding to default aircraft...

I am running into a problem when trying to add a new paint scheme to the
default aircraft. I keep getting the following error message:

Cannot create the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight
Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\B737_800\aircraft.cfg file.

Make Sure that the path and file name are correct.

I am doing everything like the readme describes and get this message every
time. Is it something caused by Vista??? Please help.
