| Vista Ultimate x64 | The original Settlers game... This is a long shot, i'm trying to play The Settlers (yes the first one from way back in 1994) under Vista. This game worked fine in XP but in Vista even with compatibility enabled I get an error saying it can't run in full screen mode. When using dosbox I get the error "PCM sound hardware not found." Has anyone successfully got this game to work under Vista? I'm aware it's a very old game but I used to love playing it. Any help advice would be appreciated!  |
