Yes, it works on Vista 64. No multiplayer.

Yes, it works perfectly on 64 bit PC. A good video card is needed, I have a
9600 GT 512 mb card and the game works perfectly with 4 gs of RAM and a 2.1
ghz triple core pc.

Enjoy the game!

Well, yes and no. I had it working but now it doesn't. When trying to start
it up I get only background sound and no visuals. There may be an issue with
the Nvidia driver, however as I get an nvd....sys error. The game has had
graphics issues related to attempting to implement DirectX 10.1 and although
they have issued a patch to roll this back, the underlying problems may not
be fixed. If you can get it to work it is an amazing game graphically with
and interesting storyline. That storyline may surprise you.

All the best.

Top Down dude, get a real newsreader.

Yeah, story was good, a bit repetitive, but the "Lessons Learned" were kind
of well thought out. (Jade Raymond = my new goddesss) Don't forget at the
end of the game to play through the credits there's a bit more afterwards
that makes the game a little more interesting.

It looks like a good game from what you people say, but the fighting looked kind of boring. I saw in the game trailers, that when you fight you just hit a person with a dagger. Are there any special attacks?

sword fighting, long and short. Daggers, throwing knifes, but the main
attack of the "ASSASSIN" is a stealth attack where you sneak up to someone
and use the hidden knife in your sleeve to take them out nice and quiet
like. It's a standard move of your average Ninja/Assassin type character.
Taken out of context (i.e. - gameplay) it can seem kind of boring, but if
you get into the game, it's actually quite thrilling.

I mean, if you're looking for a game where you just run around killing
stuff, Assassins Creed is NOT the game for you. Try Gears of War, or Quake,
or something. (Eff, the FPS)

I think I'd rather KILL, KILL, KILL!!!!!!! Thanks for telling me what the game is like. I'd rather get the new Crysis: Warhead that's coming up soon.
