If you already have XP and want to copy the files to your mother's machine, then just go ahead and give it a try! |

There are four or five files from XP that you'll need to copy into a new folder on the Vista computer: cards.dll freecell.chm freecell.hlp freecell.exe and possibly freecell.chw I suggest running a search (including hidden files and folders) for these files, as I've located them in different places on two different computers running XP. One had the .chw file and the other did not. Simply copy those files to a new folder on the Vista computer and create a desktop shortcut. It's important that you create a new folder as some of these file names are identical to those used in the Vista version. |
