Vista - Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 Problem

Hi

I am having problem installing this game. I start the autorun, the game
seems to install, when it comes to the main game menu only INSTALL &
READ ME are clickable. When i try and run the game exe. from the program
files it says 'game is not installed'. I tried to run the game in
compatabilty mode with xp, same result, i've turned the administrator
rights off, same result. I've bought 2 different copies of the game and
the same thing. i checked the problem reports & solutions. and it states
the problem in jargon:
