Vista - Vista Flight Sim X deluxe and MSXML4 Problem !!

After installing Vista update on 12th Nov 08 MS Flight Simulator X
deluxe stopped working with the message "The MSXML4 SP2 component is not
installed. Please reinstall Flight Simulator to restore or repair the
missing component"
I uninstalled Flight Sim X and re installed it .... no change still the
same. I then checked to find that the Vista update KB954430 contained
guess what?!! MSXML4 SP2 security update marked as important!! "Well
done Microsoft "
Another small program need for Microsoft Flight Simulator X is called
FSUIPC4. When I tried to install this I received a message " Problem.
Cannot edit the DLL.XML file to activate FSUIPC. Please check the
documentation and do this manually"

Hope someone can help ! I cant be the only one with this problem

Upgrade direct x 10 or higher..and installed FSX main game, then the
Acceleration expansion straight after as it comes with SP 1 and 2,

check that the version is proper and full and downloaded from proper
source another option is get a full version of PowerISO 3.8 or any other
image application . install that with this create reimage of the files
on the flight
simualtor x cd/dvd and install it again.
