| | Removal of deleted games links from the game menu Hi, I wonder if anyone can help. I installed some games a little while ago, and I have now removed them. On installation, they put links up on the "games" menu, which have not disappeared on removal of the game. When I examine the link, deletion is not an option. (R-click offers "Pin to start menu", "Add to quick launch", "Customize", and "sort by name"). The links do not show when I am logged on as administrator. Can anyone please tell me how to delete them? Regards Richard |

| | Re: Removal of deleted games links from the game menu Did you try hitting the delete on your keyboard while the shortcut is highlighted? What version of windows are you running and are these links in the start menu or on your desktop? | | Re: Removal of deleted games links from the game menu Hi, and thanks for all the help. I managed to find the links in the registry, and deleted them there. I realize that it is not good practice to start messing with the registry, but I was desperate.
