Vista - How do I get Microsoft Tinker back...?

I had downloaded the Tinker editor and I didn't like it and I went to
uninstall it and I also lost Microsoft Tinker. How do I get Microsoft Tinker
back? If anyone knows how please let me know. I like that game it is fun.

I think it is an extra, right? Go to
start>controlpanel>security>windowsupdate

There should be something about available extras to click on. I would test
that it's the correct place but only my home machine has the extras
(tinkerer, etc). If that's not it let me know and I'll try at home and
confirm the exact navigation. I know it's downloaded through the windows
update program though.
