light and shadows in FEAR

I am running FEAR in Windows Vista RC-1 and the game runs satisfactory.
However I am using the 96.33 RC1 NVIDIA driver and during the rooftop gun
battles the light and shadows are not correct. I am using a 7950 GX2 EVGA
videocard. The game's speed and framerate appear to be fine.

RE: light and shadows in FEAR

look in your device manager and check if you see 2 cards for video adaptors.
Most likely you will only see 1. that means only one is active.

Re: light and shadows in FEAR

In Windows Vista device cards like the 7950 GX2 are handled differently.
Open the device manager and click the show/hide action pane and then choose
more actions, view, and then show hidden devices. The 2nd card then shows. I
don't know why Microsoft elected to do it this way for the 7950 GX2.
