Cant really provide you with a direct download link, but I suggest you try using a search engine and entering some keywords such as Download Windows Vista x64 then looking at a few of the results. You will lose all hardware acceleration. It will disable Aero, but OpenGL works for me once I do that (but when you do that many DirectX games with have issues, my oh my!).
