If anyone is experiencing visual oddities with BF2 and the beta Vista
drivers from ATI, make sure Catalyst A.I. is set to standard, or disabled
altogether. In my experience, Catalyst A.I. set to Advanced caused some loss
of textures on some maps (Guld of Oman, especially), as well as some
geometry rendering issues. Lowering Catalyst A.I. to Standard resolved all
of my issues.
