Folder Redirect and AOE3

My home cities are saved, but not reloaded. I am playing via wireless as a
doin user on a domain-joined machine with folder redirection. My Games folder
is included in the redirection.

This is a home domain with one server and 5 clients.

Repro: Launch a single player skirmish, create a home city. Play the game,
exit. Relaunch AOE3 and start a new a single player skirmish.

Result: the game asks for a new nickname and home city. Attempting to use
the same city name as last time fails with a "that home city already exists"
error, indicating that the game does have access to the redirected folder.
Using Explorer to view the games folders shows the "saved games" folder
contains the home city data, but the "home cities" folder is empty. ACLs on
both folders are the same and provide the user with full access.

Attempting to manage home cities also fails, with only "create home city"
available, select and delete are disabled.

Vista RTM, fully patched. Firewall exceptions verified. AOE3 is
indeed writing to my saved game folder, it just doesn't seem to reading it.

Appreciate help.
