Do all versions of Vista come with DirectX 10?

You can use your older cards still but they will run a version of DirectX
9 - the 8800 is currently the only card that supports DX10 - but ATI will
release their first DX10 card next month. Makes sense too as there will be
no DX10 games to play for a few months.
