fsx not working in vista

Hi can anyone help please, i have installed Vista and now when i try to run
FSX, the programs keeps closing with a vista message box saying it has
stopped working and windows will close it and notify of a solution...it then
closes and DOES NOT notify of any solution> It was working perfectly well
under XP, i have done a repair install as well.

Thanks Paul

Same reply as your first post:

What kind of video card are you using? Does it load to the title screen
or can you get to the runway?

Running it with an ATI card here and an Intel CPU with no issues. Also
have it running on a 64Bit PC with no issues (ATI card, also)

Is this an upgrade install over Windows XP?

Re: fsx not working in vista

Hi guys

Yes it is upgrade from XP Pro and i have Nvidia GeForce 7800 GTX with the
latest drivers ver 7.15.11.59 from Nvidia.

All i get is the FSX splash screen loading, then the message asking me if i
want to load the Goflight Driver modules, if i click yes or no, doesnt make
any difference, i then get the message saying a programe has caused FSX to
stop working, it then asks me to close it, was just thinking if i uninstall
the Go flight drivers and then see?

Cheers Paul
